All Sportz Tents have a one year warranty period from the time of purchase. Sportz Air Mattresses have a 30 day warranty period from the time of purchase.
In order for your warranty to be valid, you must (1) mail or email your Warranty Card to Napier Enterprises within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase; (2) have your proof of purchase (receipt from the place of purchase) to prove the date of purchase. Lost your warranty card, let us know and we will fill out an e-warranty card for you.
Should a Sportz product be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material during the specified warranty period Napier Enterprises will replace or repair all necessary parts, without charge for parts or labor. Manufacturers defect does not pertain to torn fabric from sharp objects, normal wear and tear, leaking from not sealing the seams or excessive use. The warranty period is as follows:
Parts: One (1) year from the date of original purchase for tents and thirty (30) days for air mattresses. Replacement parts may be new or re-built at Napier Enterprises sole discretion. Replacement parts are free within the one-year warranty period. Within the first 90 days of the warranty period shipping for replacement parts will be free, after the 90 days the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacement parts.
Unauthorized Repair, Abuse, Etc.: The product must not have been previously altered, modified, or repaired. The product must not have been subject to accident, misuse, or abuse.
Recommendations: Set up your tent after purchase. Before using your tent, Napier Enterprises recommends you seam seal the seams before using the tent as water may penetrate the needle holes in the fabric. Water coming through the needle holes along the seams is common with tents and is not a manufacturers defect.
